Post Legal fees
How do we fix this problem? I see they dismissed the lawsuit against the Mayor of Clarksville and it is going to cost them 50$k anyway. I don't know the story behind it all but when he talked about being vindicated he made me think of Crosby. If he is truly innocent, I would like to study the tapes and see if I could possibly compare and contrast the apparent sociapathic personalities we faced verses the forthright one who appears to help Clarksville succeed. It is a shame that frivilous lawsuits are allowed to be filed in the first place. UNLIKE the legit ones the former CPD officers had to file. Those issues are in distint civil rights violations of huge proportions, as per the rulings.

There needs to be a BS metering mechanism in place that evaluates the true probability of liability of the defendent in said lawsuit (too close to Jesse Jackson for my taste but it just ended up this way, we know often Jesse's lawsuits have proven to be BS). Today that is decided on the sometimes flimsy advice of an attorney who needs to have that job, wether winable or not, so they can eat. I have numerous attorney friends from my associations in Nashville, some of whom obviously advised me on Coopertown over the last few years, who would totally agree with the concept. We need to use the BS metering system to sift these out. That is about the only Tort Reform we would need if I was running things. I am 100% sure our beef was legit too, when we tried to ouster a person who is costing us unnecessarily still TODAY, we're vindicated already in many peoples mind throughout the area. After all we had him temporarily oustered and then voted him out by a landslide. Good work and thank God!!

Is that a vote for the BS meter?
Or a reality check that we will never get anything like that because it makes too much sense :!:
